I have never used a Debt Collections Service before but, having met Expert Collections at a networking event recently (and being impressed with the what I heard) I decided to 'give them a go'. To say I am impressed is a massive understatement....just 24 hours after notifying them of an outstanding invoice (using their easy online tool), I got a call from them to let me know that the debtor had paid...and to top it all, it cost me absolutely DIDDLY SQAT....ie NOTHING.Thanks Gary and the team, I hope I don't have to use you too often, but rest assured that I will be back if the need arises.

OMG what a fantastic service we will defiantly be using you again if we need to. We had a debt outstanding since November, we kept chasing to no avail and It was getting so time consuming I contacted Gary Ainley AICM from Zero Cost B2B debt collections on Monday the 1st of March. Spoke to one of their employees today, fully charged from the onset, very rude, interrupted me several times, never actually took the time to listen , simply went "right see you in court" and hung up. Very unprofessional and quite aggressive in nature. Debt collectors do not have the right to bully and harass anyone by sending threatening messages under the pretext of chasing a debt. A degree of civility is also priceless.
Great company to deal with. Have passed a handful of accounts to them and each time they have recovered the outstanding balance in a timely professional manner. Gary is a pleasure to deal with.

As a small marketing company, it really affects us when clients don't pay invoices for services received.
